By accessing or using the ParsePesa platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
ParsePesa provides automated financial data parsing and proxy services for Safaricom M-Pesa transactions. We transform raw text/SMS data into structured JSON for developer use.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for sensitive operations. You are liable for all activity occurring under your account.
You agree not to use the API for any illegal activities. We reserve the right to rate-limit or suspend access to API keys that exhibit abusive behavior or exceed reasonable volume limits.
ParsePesa operates on a tiered subscription and overage billing model. Monthly fees are charged in advance for the selected plan tier, which includes a specific event quota. Any usage exceeding the monthly event quota is billed at the overage rate specified by your plan. All sales are final; refunds are only issued at our discretion in cases of technical failure on our part.
Your usage is subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not store full transaction data unless required for parsing; however, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to parse the data you send to us.
ParsePesa is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any financial losses resulting from parsing inaccuracies, service downtime, or unauthorized account access.
