We collect your email address for account management and notification purposes. When using our API, we receive raw financial transaction text which is processed in real-time to return structured data.
Data is used solely to provide the parsing service. We do not sell or share your transaction data with third parties. We use cookies only for authentication and session management.
Parsing logs are kept for 30 days to allow you to review your history. After 30 days, logs are automatically purged. User profile data is kept until the account is deleted.
We employ industry-standard encryption for data at rest and in transit. We provide mandatory 2FA for sensitive settings and offer recovery codes for account fallback.
Payments are processed via Paystack; we do not store your credit card or mobile money PINs. Our Daraja Proxy service forwards data to your specified URLs; you are responsible for the security of those destination endpoints.
You have the right to access your data, regenerate your recovery codes, and delete your account at any time via the Settings dashboard. Account deletion is immediate and irreversible.
